I withdrew from a class and plan on taking it again. Do I put the class on coursework as "incomplete", or do I even put it on at all? Also, because I plan on taking the class again, do I label as "retake"? Thanks guys.

Yes label the class as a retake and enter in again in the Future Courses section.
