I have received an interview from a school, but I decided not to go to the interview for that school. What do I do to cancel the interview? do i just call them and say I am not interested in that school anymore? (that's kind of rude, i think) i need help!

Yep. Just call them and say you'd like to withdraw your application from the school.

I agree, you don't have to give details, but you may want to start: "This is a courtesy call just to let you know that I'm withdrawing my application from your school, and thank you for your consideration."
If they ask you why... then tell them honestly. Maybe because it's too far from home, or because you've already interviewed at several places and expect a few acceptances, etc. Just be cordial, short and to the point. I doubt they'll ask you why, but have something ready to say in case they do. Good luck!
