So basically I filled out and submitted an application through AADSAS this summer because I was planning on applying this cycle, and the only thing left to take was the DAT. Well some family problems coupled with personal illness came up and I ended up not taking the DAT, and still haven't taken it. My question is whether I should call every school that I applied to and withdraw my app or just leave it alone since it's technically not complete.

I definitely plan on going into dentistry so I will be taking the DAT before this year is over and apply next May. With that said, would I be considered a re-applicant even if I didn't have a complete app at the schools when I apply next cycle?

Thanks

This depends on when you are planning to take the DATs.
There are people who have taken DATs in October, and still get interviews and get in. It also might be good that you have your apps in, and plus, some schools have deadlines late as February.
Do what you gotta do, get healthy, and try it! 🙂

Thanks for the suggestion.
