Withdrawing application

If I have scheduled an interview at a place, is withdrawing my application via the ERAS website sufficient to let the program know I am not coming? Or do I need to send an email directly to the program secretary/whoever to let them know that I am not coming?

It is courteous to email the program coordinator to let them know directly that you have withdrawn your application and will no longer be attending the interview. That way they won't miss it and can fill your interview slot.
