Withdrawing from a class post-acceptance

I'm enrolled this semester in an undergraduate course that was a pre-req for a school I got into, but after getting into another school (the one I will be going to) that does not require this course, I am wondering if I can drop out of this course. I am currently also taking graduate course work. Will the school I have been accepted to be at all concerned with this choice/would it be a bad idea to ask them if they are okay with the withdrawal? Or should I continue with the class?

You will be okay if you withdraw, though calling them to be sure wouldn’t hurt.
