Withdrawing from a course

I withdrew from a course in high school dual enrollment at a local community college. At that time, it didn't really matter since it didn't affect my high school gpa and didn't show up on my transcript. However, on my college transcript, a big fat W (for the win. Haha yeah right) shows up. Will medical schools look at this negatively? The class I withdrew from was also an anatomy class.

Of course it isn't a positive, but admissions staff are human and the context of that withdrawal will be accounted for. I wouldn't worry about it.
