So someone I know has an interview on January the 16th.
She received an email today telling her this is a final confirmation email about her interview and if she is not gonna attend, she should notify them.
She replied saying she will attend and she is grateful for this opportunity and looking forward to seeing the school etc.

She checked her Adea Addsas today to see this written:

Withdrawn before Action!

She tried to call them at 4:30 pm, nobody picked up the phone!

What does that mean? Did someone encounter this, is it a glitch or what exactly!

Of course she sent them an email asking about what happened, but still, she is freaking out right now because she loves Touro and has already purchased tickets and booked her hotel!

Wrong place! I hope someone transfer it to the pre-dental forum. Thanks!

After I was accepted I emailed 7 schools to cancel my interviews. Their statuses now say "withdrawn before action".

She needs to email and call and get a hold of someone. Someone might of read her email wrong and accidentally closed her app

I had an interview with tufts. I called to reschedule and they never got my message. The day after I emailed them and explained the situation and they were very understanding and rescheduled. I ended up cancelling the rescheduled appointment :nailbiting:. Lesson is... if it’s tufts, she’s fine. Maybe.

Yes, she is planning to call them the first thing in the morning. This is really bad. Thanks a lot.

Let's hope they will be as understanding as Tufts, thanks for your reply.

I can't imagine they wouldn't interview her if she had a good reason for not responding within their deadline. I'm sure she will be fine.

Thankfully, they just sent her an email asking her to disregard the status and they will fix it.

Thank you all for your help! Much appreciated.
