ive noticed at two of the programs i interviewed at, that they did not offer a list of their residents and medical schls.

the first place was probably like 80% FMG, but i wanted to know for sure, so i asked for a list and they said they couldn't because of "HIPAA". yeah right.

the second place did not offer one, but after i asked for it, they did give it to me. they also had a bunch of FMGs but still probably less than 1/2.

my rule is to always ask for the list at every interview. if they dont give it to me, i'd view that as a big red flag.

anyone else see this happening?

Going into FP, I haven't had that problem. But I do the same thing with board scores. A program with great board scores will rave to you about them and tell you how few (if any) failures they've had. One with poor scores will answer your question politically... red flag there.
