I think you have a decent list and should get several interviews from the schools you have there. What is your state?

You might add rochester? Its the only one coming off the top of my head thats not already on your list.

You can apply to as many as you want, but often there are financial/time constraints with all the secondaries. More than 25 becomes pretty challenging but it's completely up to you.
