Per the title, I am completing two minors in addition to my major. Due to my interview schedule, one of my professors advised me that it would be best that I audit his course rather than take it for credit--it meets once a week and I would have missed the first four lectures. However, now that I am only auditing it, I will not complete this minor before graduation (the other minor is complete).

I have been accepted at several schools and was wondering if this something worth updating them on? I can see the danger in staying quiet, but I wasn't sure if its significant enough of a change that I should contact the offices after they've admitted me.

I called AMCAS and they said I can't update my primary at this point so i would need to communicate with each school individually.

Just review your acceptance materials. One school told me to notify of any academic changes to AMCAS, including the future coursework I put down. Otherwise I think you would be fine.

9.9 times/10 it won't matter. At my school minors don't appear on transcripts anyway. But it doesn't hurt to update your schools that you're taking the course as an audit instead of for credit.
