I am a resident assistant at my college and I have been since my sophomore year. At the end of this past school year, our dean of students promoted me to be the head resident assistant with supervisory duties for my senior year. This includes having nine other RAs under me, which makes this recent development additionally important because I will be doing some of the same stuff as the previous two years, but also add this supervisory responsibility and great leadership opportunity.

Anyways, I was listing the RA position as a repeatable position, with 3 different start dates. The form tells me I cannot have a start date that is in the future (I have it listed as Aug 2014-May 2015). I plan on talking about the whole experience of being an RA as one of my "most meaningful" experiences.

Should I just list it as one event with a start date in Aug 2012 and ending in May 2015? That would also make me add up my hours for each year into a large block.

I suggest you mention the promotion (which already happened) and list the future dates of the position, along with projected future hours for the next academic year in the narrative of the MM space.
