Hi everyone!
Currently entering info on AMCAS and I'm a bit confused as to what I should do with my work/activities section at this point. Right now, I've filled up 10 out of the 15 spots, but still need to enter my undergraduate leadership experiences and shadowing experiences. I have 6 different physicians/executive positions to include, so I was wondering if I should just group shadowing and leadership into 2 separate experiences and list the specific physicians/boards under the description for each. I've also read that you should include all 15 entries and then group after you've ran out of space, so I just wanted to confirm which method was preferred before I go ahead and fill the rest out.
Also, any advice on adding end dates for current activities? I've seen that some people put their projected end date as when they would matriculate to medical school and calculate their total hours considering that future date instead of current hours. I called the AAMC and they mentioned that they're not the ones to verify since it's dependent on the school, so it's up to the applicant't discretion.
Any help is appreciated!
