I put the wrong start/end date for my "Hobbies" activity, oops. I start off my description saying, "For most of my teenage and adult years", but the dates were from 2013-2015. Not sure how I overlooked that! I guess since it's just my "hobbies" activity the dates shouldn't matter too much. Should I bother clarifying that I put the dates wrong?

If I were you I would just leave it alone, chances are no one will question you about it or notice.
Otherwise you would have to contact each school individually about the mistake, which would draw attention to you making a mistake that they otherwise wouldn't notice/be aware of, and could also come off as neurotic.

Okay, I'll just leave it alone. I just don't want it to look like I spent more time on my hobby, than getting involved in my community. Since I did spend a lot of time on this hobby.

It's fine to focus on your involvement with your hobbies during your college/most recent years (which adcomms are more interested in, anyway) and then specify earlier involvement in the narrative. No need to clarify since your description covered the information you wished to convey.
