Work experience/Dentristry experience

I am a Dental Hygienist and have been for 12 years. The past 3 years I have not been working full time, only subbing in various offices. However for the previous 9 years I worked 5 years in a perio office and 4 years in general dentistry. Do I put this info down twice once as Dental Experience and once as Work Experience? Before my hygiene degree I waited tables...Thanks.

I think your hygiene experience should be placed under "dentistry experience," with the "Paid" box checked.

So do I list them in both places? My work experience IS my dental experience, at least for the last 12 years.
