This may seem obvious to some of you but a really quick question...

I worked for four years in Health Information Management (basically medical records) and for two years as a pharmacy technician (which concluded after my first semester in college). Do I include them as work experience or just forget 'em?

If there's room sure. Normally I wouldn't include it but hey that's pretty legit (and not just like random 100 hours of volunteering).

It is medically related. I would include it, but there better be more to your activities, which I am sure there is.

There is no rule against it.

If this was full-time and after HS graduation it would be really important to include it as it otherwise looks like a gap in your resume. (Four years before starting college made me think that it was at least partly after HS graduation because otherwise it seems like a violation of child labor law).

Ok! thanks guys, yeah. I think it was actually three years in high school in HIM starting when I was 16. And the pharmacy tech spots were from June to August and June to December, respectively full time. So, I think I shall include them because they are medically related.
