For the EC activites, work experience, it has a huge emphasize on military service. But can I put my previous work I have done. Such as RA ?

Yes, of course. Your EC and work experience sections are supposed to be filled with any ECs or work that you did.. an RA job counts!

That would go under your ECs. When you're trying to classify your experiences, the best way to do it is group everything you received income for under "work experience" and everything you spent your time on without pay under "extracurriculars/volunteer". Then take out your dental experiences (ie/ shadowing, campaigning, assisting, etc.) as that will go under a separate section "dental experiences". Don't double count your hours as that'll reflect poorly. Any executive positions, members of clubs, volunteering, sports-related activities would go under EC. Hope that helps.
