if i worked in restaurants making sandwiches and pizzas, should i even bother putting it up there lol. I mean there was some customer service and manual dexterity involved, but nothing overly exciting -_-

You should include it. Any job experience is good to list.

Everything you do does not have to involve manual dexterity for you to list it... if someone was a lawyer and all they did was talk and paperwork should they not list it either because it did not involve manual dexterity?

I agree. Any work experience is good. If you have room on the application, you should list it. I think work experience shows maturity and the ability to work well with coworkers/customers. It's not just about manual dexterity.

Work experience in college years or dating back to high school? It wasn't clearly stated.

Just put it in and be able to elaborate when asked about during the interviews.

Most people only list volunteer stuff from college I think. So I only listed college work experience too. If you really want to, I guess you could include high school stuff, but I didn't.
