I like the emergency department, but I'm considered about working nights, not because I don't like working at night or have a problem staying up or having weird sleep hours... but I'm considered that it will negatively effect my health. What are your thoughts on this?... Do you think it has a negative impact on health and I thought most EDs work at least 7 nights a month? Is this a major problem for your health?
