Hello,

I was trying to get together all the information I'll be needing for the AADSAS application. Most seems straight forward but I had a question about the work history section.

What information is needed? Do I need supervisor names, contact numbers? etc.

Some jobs I cannot remember my specific hire date (to the month) how critical is it for this information to be absolutely accurate.
(ie: is it okay to be within +/- 1 month to might start dat? or must I be right on the dot when the admissions call up former employers?)

I know some employers will trash any application for any inaccuracies in them so just wanted to check if I should start calling former employers for this info.

Thank you.

Yes to supervisor names, contact numbers, etc.

The information doesn't have to super accurate but generally I would try to be as accurate as a I can be. I've never heard of schools/AADSAS calling up employers and dental offices unless it's something outrageous and unbelievable. So if you answer everything to your best knowledge and give them all the contact info you can, I think you'll be okay.

Thanks Teeth - I'm going to start making some phone calls.

As stated above, the information just needs to be as accurate as possible. For example, in a interview I was called out on how many hours I reported in a certain position. I acknowledged that I may have overshot and briefly explained how I came up with those numbers. I was accepted therefore just make sure you're being accurate.
