I dont have any work experience besides working at a gastaion on weekends for 12 hrs/day and during summer break for 15 hrs/night..should i put this as my work experience..??..i hope it wont get me rejected???????😕

if this is the experience you have, i think you should list it... if nothing more, it will show that you are a hard worker and willing to put in long hours

Plus side is the people skills of a huge amount of randomly selected people who may or not be demanding and shows humility and determination to succeed. Down side is that some people don't value the above traits and may place you in a socioeconomic grouping for admissions consideration. I would accentuate the positive. There was a thread a while back where someone was talking about working at Dominos and thought it was embarassing to have that in their history. You needed the money, you got a job, you made the most of it. These jobs are obviously stepping stones, not a career move. It's what you learn from the experience that is important.
