You are licensed as a pharmacy intern so putting that down on your resume isn't lying. Just make sure that the ratios match up. If you're in a state where the preceptor to intern ratio is 1:1 then you can't work with another intern.

^thank you

^thank you

Also, in my job description it says Im a "limited employee" with duration of 1 year.
Does this mean after one year, I will be kicked out? or it depends on my performance?

Thanks guys
You will have to double-check with your employer.

What would you recommend an intern do if they noticed the ratio wasn't being followed? Refuse to work? Point it out to the preceptor but keep working anyway? Personally I think this is one of those things that people just do not care about. I never brought it up personally.

the thing is, big chains and hospitals are hiring much less interns because they don't see the point of paying someone 15 dollars an hour when they can just pluck slave labor out from the schools. Which is most likely the reason why they only want to take you on as a tech and not an intern.

So can an intern apply for a pharmacy technician job listing?

I'm just not sure whether I should ask them if it would be okay for me to put intern on my cv than tech ....don't want to get in trouble lol

there's no law against it. Really depends on company policy. An intern can apply to any tech position they want. Do your research. If the company doesn't hire interns as techs, just leave that out of your resume and hope they don't check lol
