Working during second residency

Does anyone know if it's possible for a board certified psychiatrist to do any work on the side (such as private practice or anything that time permits) while doing a second residency in something else?

It’s no different than moonlighting to a residency program. If the program allows moonlighting (unlikely as a PGY1), then it should be kosher.
