I wonder what is the process like? How do you get a "License" to practice medicine in Canada? Don't you have to do an extra year/fellowship year to practice medicine in Canada? Sounds like a big hassle, but....

If you have done a fellowship, you just have to take the written and oral boards. However, you won't be considered to have done a fellowship as this counts as your "fifth year."
