Also the prestige of the place that you do research is a non-factor, especially compared to the importance of getting results. Ceteris Paribus, working in a lab at MSK, MD Anderson, Mayo, MGH etc. is equivalent to working in a lab at the local CC. Prestige should have no impact on your decision. Choose the one in which you will be able to get more involved in research.
