For those of you in systems where you have regular contact with program/department/clinic management and administrators that are in positions of power, how do you approach and manage this? What is your strategy? Has this changed over your career? What have you found successful or a failure?

Yep. This has been my approach thus far. This virtual world has made it so much harder than just closing my office door.
