Hi all,
(Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place. I'm rather green to these medical forums.)
I have a situation that requires some discussion. I took some college courses back in high school (ie- english 121). Although I made several requests for the community college to transfer the credits before my college years began, they proceeded to sit on their hands. Lately, the credits have finally arrived and have been processed by the university's registrar.
My predicament is: I want to withdraw from my required Composition I class and use the credits for the class, even though the semester is roughly 60% finished. Would a WP (Withdrawl - Pass) look bad in the overall view of my medical school application? The idea that I'm trying to "protect my 4.0 from harm" has been brought up by one of my collegues. I can agree with her on that possible deduction. On the other hand, I do not enjoy reinventing the wheel.
But I want to know what the members of this respectable forum have to say. Help. 😕
