I found out that my ceramic works were chosen to be displayed at the cermiac exhibition and
i also presented my research at the research forum of my uni.
Would it be okay to send an email to update my recent activities?

I would definitely do that. Usually they will just e-mail you back saying it's been added to your file.

That's pretty sweet! I did ceramics all throughout high school but couldn't do it in college. I miss it.

But yeah I definitely would send them an e-mail update. They need to know what has changed since you submitted your application.
