If this was something unrelated (you took a course out of interest in the subject be it Swahili or folk dance or costume design) and did not pass, but still met the requirements for graduation and still have a decent GPA (which failing a pass/fail course does not affect, then you should be fine.

Yes to all of the above. Do you think it would be worth sending an anonymous email to the admissions office to get the OK from them or is that way too neurotic?

Anonymous email? Don't they know you if they sent you an offer?

I'd rather know early than find out after you matriculate. Admissions staff and faculty hate surprises like this. I don't think this is going to hurt you at all, but be safe about it and disclose it.

This may be completely dumb and overkill but I made a burner email and told them about my situation (without identifying details). They might say they need to know who I am to make a judgment call in which case this will be completely useless, but otherwise, if they say they don't rescind over stuff like that, everything's good, and if they tell me the grade is grounds for being axed, I at least have some time to process the news. I'm glad both you and LizzyM think I'll likely be okay.

I highly doubt they will respond to a burner account email over what appears as a hypothetical and if it later bites you in the butt, all you have is an email back and forth from the burner account that contradicts the action the school takes against you. (which I don't expect them to but you never know).

Here's what you say in an email to the school(s) that admitted you:

I am [name, AMCAS number] an admitted applicant, writing to let you know of a change to my transcript since if first applied through AMCAS in [month] 2022. I am letting you know now so that it does not come as a surprise when my transcript is transmitted to you later this year.

In Fall 2021, I enrolled on a pass/no pass basis in Art 202 Basket weaving. I did not complete all of the assignments required for a grade and had an "incomplete" at the time I submitted my transcript to AMCAS. The "incomplete" has since been changed to "no pass". This has not affected by GPA nor the credits/courses needed for graduation.
