Would schools ( the schools that ask to SEND AT SAME TIME YOU SUBMIT APP)get mad if i don't send them the application fees now? my application is to be sent on 8/6.

the reason im asking is cuz i'm planning to take my DAT again on 8/23, and i thought by not sending the fees, they won't process my application just yet. and after i take the DAT and do WELL, ill pay.

or should i just pay and tell them that im taking the DAT on that date?

No they wouldn't be mad, they probably won't get around to your app until mid-late sept anyway. If i were you i would wait til i get my DAT score to submit fees. Just be aware that by not paying, you are allowing more applicants to get ahead of you in the to-be-reviewed line.

so by paying now, i would avoid this problem? even though my app will still be on hold until i finish my DAT?
or do u mean it would be quicker cuz i can fax the score and be reviewed faster since they already have the fee?

Why bother asking people on a chat forum about this? Seriously pick up the phone and call the schools in question and ask them, each school is different.

Schools need to make money too. People usually get mad when you don't pay them, and when they get mad they don't handle your tasks the way they should. Not paying your fees means they won't start processing your application. I highly suggest you go ahead and pay the fees on time just to get things started. When they look at your AADSAS and see that you're planing to take your DAT, they will wait till they receive your scores, before making any final decisions about your application. Not paying the fees on time may cause delays in the processing of your application and you don't want that specially in such fierce competition.

What if I designated those schools on my AADSAS, but having completed my DAT I feel that I do not need to apply to so many, so instead of withdrawing, I just not play the application fee?

Withdrawing your application opens space for other applicants, who are seriously considering those schools; whereas, not paying your fees simply delays the processing of your application, before they realize you're not interested in their school. So, if you're not serious about a particular school, withdraw your application so that other applicants could move up the list. It just makes the process less painful for them
