At my university, within the college of biological sciences, there is a department called Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior. The courses are similar to Biology classes as you can see.

The coures I am planning on taking are:

EEB 4329 Primate Ecology and Social Behavior

Primates as model system to explore animal/human behavior. Factors influencing sociality/group composition. Mating systems. Prevalence of altruistic, cooperative, and aggressive behavior. Strength of social bonds in different species. Evolution of intelligence/culture.

EEB 5321 Evolution of Social Behavior

Introduction to theories and concepts relating to behavior evolution, mating systems, and cooperative behavior in animals.

EEB Behavioral Ecology

Evolutionary principles applied to aggressive competition, mate choice, cooperation, and parental investment. Optimization models used to examine foraging strategies, predator/prey interactions, and territoriality. Evolution of sex, sexual selection, dispersal. Evolutionary game theory.

Would you consider these courses part of my BCPM gpa?

if you get A's, i'm a fan of the thought to try and include them. AMCAS can disagree if they want. but since they are a concentration of your bio dept. i don't see why they wouldn't be? you could check the AMCAS website or maybe cat is lurking

Probably, they sound like animal behavior classes. Which are probably going to count for biology.

It is within the college of biological sciences, so I'd say it is a safe bet to assume they count for sGPA.
