So I just saw that my AMCAS application was processed today and noticed that the GPA totals are in. I did an early college program in HS, so that explains why I have 33 credits listed there. But, in my four year undergrad, my GPA has been rising steadily, as show by my attached file. Does this rise truly constitute an upward trend, or is that more for students who start out at a 3.3-ish then get up to 3.7/3.8? Also, does it really matter that much?

You don't need to demonstrate an upward grade trend. With a cGPA of 3.94, you have nothing to prove.

lol upward trends doesn't apply to your stellar GPA. even if it does, it won't be considered heavily s someone with 3.3 and increasing.

Thanks for the input! I just wanted medical schools to see that since freshman year I've gotten a 3.99, so I'm hoping they won't weigh too heavily on particularly my first semester. I'm guessing that my GPA is high enough though that other factors will start to matter more?

Don't act like you know my intentions without knowing anything about me lol. It was a legit question, a type of question and curiosity that has propelled me to do well in school, by always wanting more from myself. By being facetious you are the ones coming across as rather arrogant.
