Would you list a job as a kneader for a local bakery under the manual dexterity section of the application?

Whatever MIGHT help is worth it. They might ask HOW that helped you develop manual dexterity so prepare for that question. To me, it would show good coordination (hand/finger). I'd definitely list it.
