I thought that it might be interesting to give the topic a spin here. What would be your ideal PM&R employment contract? Include expectations for salaries, benefits, procedures, inpatient/outpatient mix, etc...

That thread is really depressing. It makes doctors look like a bunch of greedy money grubbers. I especially like the quote about someone mkaing $180k/year in New York and how that is similar to slavery.

I know of some graduates who took jobs in NYC paying ~180K plus full benefits. In New York City!!!😱

I assume CRNA's in NYC make that much or more. I also assume these new graduates were promised a pot of gold at the end of their track/slavery.
