writing secondaries?

I was just wondering about the secondaries that are in booklet form (ex. LECOM)? How are we supposed to fill these out? Is it ok to handwrite them?? Thanks again!

I wrote it by hand. I also tore the relevant pages out and send only the ones that are needed in. I thought that was okay to do as the pages are perforated. What do you guys think?

I wrote "please see attached page", and attached the essays to the back.
