I need a little help. If I get into these 4 med schools. Which one should be a top pick? How would you rank them? And what are the chances of getting a scholarship. Other than MCAT scores are low (512) but my ECs are good and I have 2 publications too. I know very little about the ohio schools.

What I am worried about is that these schools do not have any ranking esp Neomed. My research is from OHSU and I can get a very strong letter from my PI

Oregon accepts few non residents with no connection to the state. Your best chances are the 3 Ohio schools. Did you apply to any other schools ?

Agree with @Faha . However if your PI works at the medical school, and is well known there, that might help to get an interview.
