Wrong application given to me?

I made a dentpin and applied to take my DAT, got an email for the OAT, attached. It says DAT in the email but also OAT so I am pretty confused. How do I fix this? Do I just become an optometrist now, is this my new life?

could be a mistake, the ADA oversees the OAT i believe. the sign up for the OAT is located on the ADA site.

Lol I had the same problem. Just email them, they responded within a day to me and sent the correct email afterwards. Email is: [email protected]

You could probably call too (they close at 5pm central time), I just sent an email since they were closed once I saw the OAT email

it worked out, I emailed them and was sent the right form.
