I have an upcoming interview with WVSOM.
I am from California, so I have to pay OOS fees.
I checked the web site and the Tuition and fees for OOS is $40,630 and other expenses for the 1st year is 8,255 (does this also include living expanses or is it separate?)

For those OOS... what is your average annual expnases (including all)?
What are the cost of single bedroom apts go for?

Yes, WVSOM is expensive for out of staters.

Good news is you can find some really nice single apartments for under $350 a month with utilities already included.

I second that. I found a kick-butt apartment for $375 a month with all utilities (except electricity) included.

Hey I was wondering, anyone know if it is possible for us out of staters to become residents of West Virgina after 2 years and then get the lower tutition?

I guess it's not possible otherwise they would have mentioned it at the interview.

I will be attending WVSOM in the fall. Yeah! I was wondering if anyone cam PM me with some names of apartments close to school. Are they really between $350-375 with utilities? One bedroom, one bath, laundry?

To become a WV resident for the school you have to either live in WV for a year without going to school or marry a WV resident.
