So I received an email this morning from WVSOM. It basically says they received my AACOMAS application (finally..it was sent from AACOMAS on june 15th and I submitted my AACOMAS app as soon as it opened). But, they do things a little differently.
The email just gives you an ID and pin number. However, they do not release a supplemental app until they have reviewed your app and want you for an interview. Once they decide they will grant you an interview, they allow you to complete the supplemental aaplication.
