WVU Secondary = Interview?

The title pretty much explains it, If I receive a secondary from WVU does that mean I will get an interview? I am OOS. I have heard anyone who gets a secondary gets a interview, can anyone dispute this?

I havent received a secondary from them, so I can't read the email that comes with the secondary.

The confirmation email did not explicitly say that a secondary = a interview, but it did say people were selected for the secondaries. I heard the secondaries were basic bio information so maybe they are a good sign.

If anyone else knows about this, please chime in.
