My gut vibe is NJMS/Cooper higher than Norwalk and Morristown. Note I only interviewed at NJMS but I've heard a little sus things about Morristown - think it's mostly IMGs that get worked pretty hard and idk how much teaching there is. Not sure that Norwalk would have the case complexity you would ideally want and don't know how good teaching is there either.

Strongly agree that you should get the contact info of some residents there - ideally talk with them on the phone
