Also, Adrienne White-Faines, Executive Director and CEO of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) will be the keynote speaker at the event. You will also hear from the Deans of both MWU-AZCOM and ATSU-SOMA in addition to many speakers and workshops, an admissions panel and a student panel.

We anticipate about a dozen Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine will have admissions officers present at these events to tell you about their programs and get to know you better. Some of the breakout sessions will be taught by admissions directors from around the country.

Saturday lunch will be BBQ (veggie option available) and a light breakfast is provided on Saturday morning!

Also, if you would like to stay at the Drury Hotel in Happy Valley off I-17, that is about 10-15 minutes from our campus, but we have a special corporate rate there. It comes out to about $97 a night after tax.

Dr. Orenstein is the Editor In Chief of the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association. In addition, he is the Chair of the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

We're giving away at least 2 iPads (maybe more...depending on registration), several 12 month subscriptions to Firecracker's MCAT prep service, 8 copies of Netter's Atlas of Anatomy (you'll need this one for med school), a copy of First Aid for the USMLE, a copy or two of Gilroy's Anatomy Atlas, and a copy or two of Gilroy's Anatomy Essential Textbook. Also, we are planning on giving away at least 10 autographed copies of Dr. Mariano's (Former White House Physician to 3 US Presidents) book.
