BTW one of the main founders of SDN joined the Army Reserves after 9/11 (he was already a doc) and did 4 tours Iraq and Afghanistan. He sold his practice and is now full time army as a brigade surgeon

He is a true hero. When he spoke at the conference two years ago, everyone was so inspired.
