Any one here have experience with interviewing at or attending the Yale Residency program? I am interested in the program and have arranged to do a one-month psych elective there this fall.
In particular:
1) what does the program look for in successful matchers (grades/boards vs. research vs. LORs vs. personal qualities, etc.)
2) any experience/information about how doing an away elective there will help/hurt chances at matching.
3) general information on the program itself, e.g. comraderie, hours, rigor, didactics, call, etc.
4) any ideas about short term housing in new haven???
