I'm really sorry...I know there are a 1000 of these threads out there and you guys are probably sick of reading 'em. Here is my question...consider the following question under the backgroud section:

"Have you previously, or are you currently applying to a health profession school other than dental school"

I'm applying to a Biology masters program...does that count? Or is this specifically referring to med school or pharm school?

No, it doesn't count. Masters is not a professional degree.
