I want to go to York College for pre med. I want to do the Early Assurance Program. What GPA do you have to graduate High School with to get into the program? Any information on York Colleges Early Assurance Program would help.

Several websites say their acceptance rate is around 45%, while other websites say York's acceptance rate is close to 75%.

For the ACT, you should aim for at least a 23 (this is their average accepted score) – I am unsure of what their average SAT score is, since the point system has changed.

Per their website:

"Eligible candidates must achieve a minimum combined SAT score of 1310 or an ACT score of 29, an outstanding secondary school record including strong letters of recommendation, and selection by the York College Premedical Scholars Admissions Committee."

So I'd get an SAT/ACT score first then start considering your options!
