i ask because i would like a few before xmas so i dont haveto waste my xmas wish on some.

how dark is the blue? you dont want it too dark bc that would not look good with black. i go for the pink w stripes, seems fabulous.

Very nice of you to clear up that you do not attend all three of the top 3 schools, but were infact accepted to 2 of them. You have my complete trust.
 
Is the APSA worth joining (i.e. free junk)? I think you'll find a better reception in the MD/PhD forum.
 
I know these schools interview into Feb., but when do these schools send out their last invites.

AS an MD/PhD student at a top 3 med school, do you really have nothing better to do with your time in year 5 then spout off about your supposed likeness to God and offer your superior knowledge and experience to us lowly applicants? Wow, must be an easy program at those IVY league schools.

since you said that your school interviews everyday it can't be Hopkins, they're only Thursday and Friday. It's probably WashU because they interview everyday and interview a lot of applicants. I don't know what Harvard does though.

When did SDN become a shooting gallery? SDN used to be a great site to come to for good info and mature interaction, but the majority of those who have responded to Top3's post are an embarrasement. For those of you that choose only to flame every chance you get, you are PATHETIC. Although Top3 initially came across as a bit haughty, it is clear that he is honestly trying to be helpful and has been more than patient with you children. If you do not have anything pertinent to say then do those of us who care a favor and go spend your time in the "Britney Spears Wannabe" chat room or some other place where you ignorant comments might actually be taken seriousely by some other 13 year old.

I applaud your efforts, Top3. It is a shame that SDN has become infested with rodents such as these. And shame on you rodents for pissing me off enough to post a flame. I hate posting! 😡

DieselPetrolGrl, I wonder how many threads you have trashed with your 1000+ posts. I did not post a question for Top3 because I have none at this time. Nor do I care to PM him my sympathies. My post was directed at the rodents like you. 😀 How many pointless posts have you made on this thread alone? You seem to be very addept at corrupting virtually every thread that you post on. I see your posts all over the place and only on the rarest of occasions do you actually contribute to the topic at hand. I do, however, think that you have the capabitility to do far better. You seem to fairly inteligent so why dont you do yourself a favor and cut back on the flames and tangents for a while.

Sacrament, I admitted in my post that Top3 came across as arrogant. Other than that, I am not sure what your point is. If he is the real deal then he can undoubtedly serve as another source of good solid info. If he is just BS'ing then he will eventually scuttle his own boat. He doesn't need rodents to do that before he has a chance to prove himself.

Actually I have been reading SDN for almost two years. I initially registered when I first came to SDN but because I could almost always find the info that I needed from existing posts, I almost never logged in and can't for the life of me remember what my original nickname was. 🙁 I recently re-registered so that I could post a question on a thread that was started a couple of weeks ago, but just like this one, it was quickly infested with rodents.

There are still good people on SDN that are very helpful and informative like DrMom, but finding pertinent posts now seems to be increasingly difficult with all the frivolous post "pharmers" overwhelming good threads with superfluous posts. I am perfectly content to keep my posts to 0+ for the time being.

It would be nice though if the pharmers would save the goofy sh** for the lounge and stop trying flame other posters. I ask every doctor I meet to check out SDN and encourage them to offer advice and guidance if they can. How are they supposed to take this forum seriousely if a vast portion of the posts read like high school cafeteria gossup?

Now just nod, shrug, curse or whatever, but please dont make me have to post again. I am in serious jepardy of jacking up my perfect 0+ post status! 😡

I consider stupid ego stroking to be pointless personally and thats what 99% of SDN amounts to. People like diesel and sac expose the shallowness of most of you numbers driven biobots.

Read my post again and you will see that I did in no way "diss" Sacrament. In fact, I agreed with him.

As for Diesel, I was not the one who hit the "Flame On" switch. Top3 made an active effort to offer advice and he got pounced on hardcore for his efforts. When I posted that I basically thought that was BS, Diesel only validated my opinion of her with a series of juvenile posts and a very cute PM.

diesel, you said you have no interviews yet. what is the pink or blue shirt for? cautiously planning ahead or do you normally wear black suits on dates or something like that? personally, i think pink is less ninja-like. in fact, to be honest, pink downright unbecoming of a ninja.
