Is it possible to bring this score up to a 13 for the real deal? I was feeling kind of rushed.

Just time yourself every single passage (maybe even time yourself harshly to really get use to speeding up under pressure) If it's calculation questions that are slowing you down I would also do some Kaplan questions (topicals/section tests) their calculations are horrendous and really prepare you for the worst

You have only taken one AAMC correct? You should be able to raise your scores within that time as long as you do heavy review of your answers

Well I took AAMC 3 last year already. I took all the way up through 9. However, for 3 I didn't remember any of the answers
