Hey guys, I just finished two years of didactic coursework in my program and about to begin rotations. Any tips on how to conquer the first full time rotation? Thanks in advance!

Be confident that you know a LOT. Be humble in the fact that you don't know everything and want to learn. Know it is ok to ask for help or say you do not know something. Speak up for yourself if something isn't working for you. Don't be afraid to ask your CI for more or less independence, especially on a first affil. My first rotation was in an acute hospital on the ICU/Step Down floor. If you are doing your affil in acute, message me for more tips!
