2 questions: do journal clubs count as any research experience? and if I submitted articles or made oral presentations, are they research experience?

Do journal clubs count for anything under research in ERAS?

And if you submit an article or make an oral presentation and list that on the publications section on ERAS under their appropriate categories, can they also be discussed as research experiences on the experiences section on ERAS?

No to journal club as research, unless the article being discussed is your research article.

Yes, assuming it is actually research. For example, in general a case report or a literature review (other than meta-analysis) is not considered research

Research is anything which generates new scientific knowledge for the medical community at large.
