2 week acceptance deadline

Hi! Lots of schools require that you respond to an acceptance within two weeks. I was wondering if you can hold multiple acceptances at a time for schools like this. So, let's say you get an acceptance on Oct 15 from School X and then you say yes, can you also continue interviewing at other schools and say yes to an acceptance from school Y and Z later in the cycle?

If you're talking about US MD schools, you don't actually have to commit to a school until later next year, so yes you can "hold" acceptances (without committing) and continue to interview at other schools until like Feb. 2023 or something.
